Meet the Presenter: Betsy York, MSW, LSW

Betsy York is a behavior consultant who works with children and adults with intellectual disabilities. For the past 15 years, she has helped individuals develop healthier ways to express their emotions, advocate for themselves, and build meaningful relationships.

While attending graduate school, Betsy envisioned a career in community development—until she discovered it wasn't nearly as exciting as helping people learn and grow through humor and connection. Today, she combines her professional expertise with her natural ability to make people laugh while tackling important topics.

When she's not working, Betsy enjoys planning home renovation projects with her husband and curling up with a good book alongside her dog.
