Heartline: Real Answers, Real Conversation
At FUSE, connection is at the heart of everything we do. Families and individuals navigating disability and mental health journeys often need more than a referral or form - they need an honest conversation with someone who understands. That’s why we’re proud to offer Heartline: Real Answers, Real Conversation
The Heartline provides a dedicated time each week for individuals, families, caregivers, and professionals to call FUSE without an appointment and speak directly with Executive Director Sara Cummins—a disability advocate and mom of children with disabilities.
These open call hours are designed to offer:
Honest, accurate information
Guidance on resources and referrals
Support navigating services and next steps
A space for meaningful conversation grounded in lived experience
Whether you’re facing a new diagnosis, feeling overwhelmed, seeking clarity, or simply needing someone to talk things through with, the Heartline is here to offer trusted guidance and genuine support.
