If you were unable to attend the first session, Understanding the Funding Maze, you can now watch the online Webisode and use the Webquest to learn about all the health care financing resources touched upon in the training.

Raising a child with special health care needs or disabilities brings unexpected and added expenses. This training will explore the variety of grant, philanthropic and creative options available to help you meet your family’s needs. Be prepared to learn about the hidden options you need to know! Participants will leave ready to pursue “next steps” for a variety of funding and supports for which they may be eligible.
Child care is not available at this event, but parents who need child care to attend may apply for a scholarship to support their child care expense. Please request a claim form when you register. A check will be issued at the conclusion of the training.
Future sessions in the series include: All Kinds of Medicaid (August 18) Health Care Financing after age 18 (October 20).

Winter Weather Policy |
As we move into the winter activities for FUSE, we thought a reminder of our winter weather policy is probably timely.
FUSE follows the weather closure decisions of Greenfield-Central Community Schools. If Greenfield-Central schools are closed, FUSE activities scheduled for that day are cancelled. If school is released early due to inclement weather or evening school events are cancelled, FUSE activities are also cancelled. If school is on a two hour delay in the morning of a FUSE event, generally the event will go on as scheduled.
Event cancellations will be posted on the What's New page of our website and will be broacast on the FUSE voice mail. If the weather is at all questionable, please check those places before heading out into the weather. Meeting and activity cancellations will be determined and announced at least one hour prior to the event.
