Shelbyville Meeting Topic is Managing Challenging Behavior

In February in Shelbyville we are hosting Melissa Harness and Amiee Taylor from Beyond the Label.  This presentation was rescheduled from October of last year.  Melissa and Amiee will be presenting information about challenging behavior.  We had this topic a couple of times last year, but parents always seem to enjoy hearing different perspectives and getting new tips and hints on managing through some difficult times with our children!  The presentation will cover the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, and take a look at various types of problem behaviors, the function of those behaviors, and what tools parents can use to make a change in behavior.
