FUSE Equipment

Close up of baby's foot in mother's handThe FUSE Equipment Library was funded through a donation from the MOMS Club of Greenfield. We hope that the use of the library benefits you and your child. FUSE thanks MOMS Club of Greenfield for their generous support.

The intent of the library is to provide an opportunity for parents, caregivers, and teachers to have access to toys and equipment that they could not normally afford or may not be readily available at home or at school.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR EQUIPMENT USE

The equipment available in the library is intended to be used by children with disabilities and their parents, teachers, or caregivers. In order to ensure that the equipment remains in good working order for others to borrow, please exercise great care with the equipment you borrow from the library. Follow the instructions provided with the equipment. Pay special attention to any safety instructions. Store equipment in a safe, dry place when not in use. Do not attempt to repair or alter the equipment in any way. If damage occurs, please call the number listed below immediately. Since some of our inventory is in great demand, equipment may be borrowed for a maximum of 30 days. At the 30 day mark, if the equipment has not been returned, a phone call will be made to the borrower. If the borrower does not respond within one week, FUSE will assume the item is lost and cash the deposit check. FUSE accepts donations of gently used toys and equipment. Contact Tory Emery if you are interested in donating. If you have any questions or problems, please call Tory Emery at 326-5284 or email at emery@indy.net
