Amy Borgmann, President:
Amy is a Realtor and
an RPR for INSOURCE. She lives in Greenfield with her son
Jacob. Jacob has cerebral palsy and is in the seventh grade.
Amy also serves on the local March of Dimes planning committee.
She and her family enjoy reading, movies, having friends over
to swim in the pool and cook out and camping.

Jan Bledsoe Viehweg, CAE, Vice President
Jan is an Association Management
Executive who has served as Staff Support for the Governor's
Interagency Coordinating Council on Infants and Toddlers
(ICC) for eight years. Jan resides in Cumberland, with
her husband Steve their two children - Bryce and Blaire.They
attend Mt Vernon Schools. Jan is active in her church, Oaklandon
Civic Theatre, Indianapolis Rotary Club and her children’s
school.

Marcia Piercy, Secretary
Marcia is Assistant Director
of Special Education for Hancock South Madison Joint Services.
She and her husband Mark reside in western Hancock County
with their sons Justin and Dylan. Justin attends IU and
Dylan is a freshman at Mt. Vernon High School. Marcia
is active in Mt. Comfort United Methodist Church, is on
the board of The ARC of Hancock County, a High School
soccer mom, secretary of the Indiana Council for Exceptional
Children, and member of Behavioral Institute for Adolescents
and Children. She enjoys entertaining family and friends,
running, and reading.

Jeff O'Brien, Treasurer
Jeff is a finance
manager at Redcats USA in Indianapolis. Jeff lives in
New Palestine with his wife Sarah and two children,
Ben and Carrie. Carrie has cerebral palsy resulting
from a stroke five days after birth. Jeff is also
active at St. Michaels Church. He and his family enjoy
reading, golf, and traveling.

Janice Cassell, Director
Janice does Preschool
Intakes and Accounts Payable for Hancock-South Madison Joint
Services. Janice and her husband Ron reside in New Palestine
and have three grown children and two grandsons. Janice
is very active in her community where she is on The ARC
board, actively involved in church, and Preceptor of the
Alpha Kappa chapter of Beta Sigma Phi. She enjoys volunteering
and traveling.

Rusty Kimmerly, Director
Rusty is an Electrical Journeyman/Foreman
for M & R Constructors. Rusty and his wife Lisa live
in Greenfield with their son Kyle and daughter Kayla. Kyle
has a communications and social disorder. Rusty was an Eagle
Scout and is a member of IBEW and Hoosier Hunters. He is
an avid outdoorsman who enjoys camping, fishing and hunting.

Paula Parke, Director
Paula is Associate Environmental Consultant
at Eli Lilly and Company. She and her husband Neil reside
in Greenfield with their son Ben and daughter Megan. Ben
has been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum disorder and is
fully included in a general education classroom. She enjoys
travel, fine dining, and spectator sports.

Juanita Swallers, Director
Juanita is Convention Services
Manager at Hilton Indianapolis. She and her husband Kenny
reside on the east side of Indianapolis with their son Nicholas
who has Down Syndrome and is developmentally delayed. Juanita
sings in the choir at Holy Spirit and enjoys movies, dining
out, and spending time with her family.

Denise Arland, Executive Director
Denise is a part time Executive Director
for FUSE and does other part time contract work. She lives
with her husband Andy and five children. Jacob, Zachary,
Lucas and Matthew are fourteen year old quadruplets, and Nicholas
is the youngest son, age ten. Zachary and Matthew both
have cerebral palsy, and Jacob and Matthew have an Autism
spectrum disorder.
